What is #No2Minors?

Developed by Naked 100, #No2Minors is a continuously growing campaign with the goal to combat the underage use of vapor products. To achieve this goal and build awareness towards the campaign, Naked 100 aims to educate, provide anti-minor material, and encourage retailers to follow legal and ethical practices by verifying the age of all customers purchasing vapor products.

RETAILER INFORMATION

Verify ID

Check the photo ID of everyone under 27 who attempts to purchase vapor and electronic cigarette products.

Routine Inspection

During Undercover Buy Inspections conducted by the FDA, the retailer is unaware an inspection is taking place. The minor and inspector will not identify themselves. Be sure to verify identification and stay compliant. Avoid failing by verifying customers’ age and following legal and ethical practices when selling electronic cigarette products.

Stay Compliant

The FDA closely monitors retailer, manufacturer, importer, and distributor compliance with federal tobacco laws and regulations, and takes corrective action when violations occur.

Sell to adults only

Only sell products to customers of legal smoking age.

HELP PREVENT YOUTH ACCESS

Naked 100 offers free printed materials for all retail partners and locations, including posters, table tents, window clings, and stickers with anti-minor messaging to help communicate the importance of age verification.

An option is available for all Naked 100 retail partners to print available materials at home.
